All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Morocco Heaven Tours.
A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, as specified in the booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the commencement of the tour, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees may apply. The amount of the cancellation fee will depend on the timing of the cancellation and the terms of the specific tour or service booked.
Morocco Heaven Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify tours or services due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund of any payments made.
Any changes or amendments to bookings must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and approval by Morocco Heaven Tours. Additional charges may apply for changes made after confirmation of booking.
We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries, accommodations, or other aspects of the tour or service as necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes.
Morocco Heaven Tours shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to luggage, personal belongings, or vehicles, arising from participation in tours or services provided by Morocco Heaven Tours.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost/stolen belongings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
